You can't have each and every proffesion be equally balanced and have the ability to do everything just as good as each other or else there would be no point to having proffesions.
Monks = Heal
Rangers = Spread Degen
Warriors = Addren based physically Dmg
Etc
Etc

Thanks for pointing out the primary abilities of each profession, that makes your point so much more effective... The idea is to bring the ranger (and dervish) in line with the other melee characters by giving them the ability to remove stances without having to resort to a secondary profession skill or rely on a teammate.
P.S. monks can smite; rangers can trap/interupt/touch (eww); warriors can...well you have me on that one.

Your point is flawed. What's the point of getting a secondary otherwise?

The point is that the secondary shouldn't be used for the option of stance removal. Maybe you should read the OP again.

The point is that it's not your decision to make. You alone don't govern how others should play. If someone chooses to use a secondary for the sole purpose of stance removal (most D/W), that is his/her decision.

No need to create a new skill when plenty of other underpowered stuff exists that can be buffed.
[quick shot]
Move to expertise
Change functionality to:
Fire an arrow that moves twice as fast and deals + 1....9 damage. If this skill is blocked, any stance being used by your target ends.
*increase recharge to 2

I know most of the obvious stuff has been said before, but if Rangers were given their own method of stance removal then we'd be one step closer to being able to do without secondary professions.
I think it's good that not every class can perfectly counter another.
There are plenty of secondary options for Rangers to bypass block stances (block stances being the type of stance which people most need to strip):
[Wild Throw] (as has been suggested before)
[Rigor Mortis]
[Unseen Fury] (With heroes spreading blind)
Let's not remove any more skill from the game.

Orange Milk and Celestial Beaver have said it best.
It's about balance, as laughable as is it ironic, since ANet tossed balance out of this game coming up on 3 years ago.
@ Master Ketsu
A 5e cost, 2 sec recharge stance remover? Even with the condition of only removing a stance from a blocking foe, it's too imbalanced. What happens when your opponent tosses [[Aegis]? I think not.

Who are YOU to determine what should and shouldn't be?

You're right, and actually, I never used stance remover before because the other profession in my group brings it instead when it's needed.

I am just pointing out to the OP that wild blow is one option and it is better to use axe/sword and shield in melee range.

Just make the skill unblockable imo
